Train Practical Drills to Build Usable Skills

Real, practical drills to develop efficient, usable skills. Learn common strikes through our innovative pad training program that takes you step-by-step through the key elements of fighting used by all martial artists.
Challenge yourself with exercises that prepare and condition your body and mind for practical application of martial arts techniques.
Start training and learning some basic applications from Wing Chun's first movement form, "A little Imagination" (Siu Nim Tao).

Can't make it on that start date? No worries. Even if you miss the first day (or a couple days during the 3 weeks), you'll still have ample opportunity to get an honest, first-hand assessment of the value of membership in our organization.
Attendance: You can attend unlimited training sessions during your 3 week cycle! We encourage you to attend as many sessions as possible, but there is no minimum attendance requirement for the Basic Training Cycle program. If you go on to enroll as a member of Wing Chun MD you will be required to attend at least 8 sessions per month (on average, 2 per week).
